Maximum Tenure: 12 years (144 Months)
Two Guarantors are mandatory.
Registered mortgage of Property.
The applicant will undertake to inform the Bank as and when there is a change in address or employment.
Customer can avail Property & Personal Accident insurance cover as per guidelines and arrangements with the insurer/underwriter.
Mortgage Loan for valid reasons.
